Transportation Information
From the Transportation Director
As we are now into the fifth week of camp, the transportation office is busy preparing for the departures of your campers. Our office is arranging for buses to pick up campers that are departing on August 4th to Chicago O'Hare or South Bend. Please note we will only be taking campers to Chicago O'Hare or South Bend on August 4th. We will be encouraging campers to begin shipping home extra luggage from our postal services here on campus. We like for each camper that is departing on Culver Transportation to only take one piece of luggage to check at the airport and one carry piece on the bus. If you have question about shipping items home please contact our post office at 574-842-8333. They are very helpful to assist you in arranging the shipment of extra luggage home. |

Accounting Update
International Credit Card Issues
The Accounting Office apologizes for the continuing technical difficulty with the website for checking PDA (drawing account) balances and reloading cards. The online reload service was expanded to include international credit cards from countries in North America, Central America, South America, and Europe. The website currently does not have the capability to accept credit cards with addresses in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. You will need to continue to call the cashier at 574-842-8229 for assistance with these transactions. Please understand that the website has high security testing to verify the credit cards by matching the beginning digits of the address line with the bank's address for the credit card holder. If the addresses do not match, the card will decline, even if there are funds available on the credit card. If you try the address more than 3 times, you are locked out of the reload system for a period of time before you can try again. Please be sure the address you enter is the same one that your bank has for the card. We continue to work with the vendor to solve the problems and simplify the process. |
