HEAL Strategic Plan


The new HEAL Strategic Plan and Implementation Work Plan are now available for download on the HEAL website.

The HEAL NH Strategic Plan is an overview of the background of HEAL, direction for the future, and current strategic goals and objectives.

The Implementation Work Plan Provides the specifics of implementing the set goals in the Strategic Plan 2012 document.

FHC and NHHA Staff Promote Walk NH Week  

 

Staff enjoyed sunshine, time out of the building and calories burned during their Walk NH Week walk. 

84 walks were registered and advertised online across many New Hampshire communities, schools, hospitals and businesses. Official participation numbers are still coming in.

 

An artistic transformation to inspire visitors and employees alike to choose the stairs

 

KEENE - Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene's Employee Wellness Program is excited to announce that the South stairwell of the hospital building is undergoing a beautiful transformation to feature a colorful, multi-level, Monadnock-themed mural. Visitors and employees are encouraged to visit, walk and enjoy the stairwell which will feature a progression of perspective from a ground floor cave, to wildlife scenes and ascension into the skies when reaching the final fifth floor landing.

School Budgets, Student Health to Benefit from Higher Nutrition Standards | PewUpdating nutrition standards for snacks and beverages sold in school so that they meet the most recent Dietary Guidelines for Americans could help students maintain a healthy weight and support school food service revenue, according to a health impact assessment (HIA) released today by the Kids' Safe & Healthful Foods Project and the Health Impact Project.
