| Happy Summer !
I don't know about you, but I love this time of year! The sun is shining, it is warm out and real estate heats up!
Actually, the market has been hot for a few months and even the media is finally starting to report it. Inventory continues to be low as the first timers continue to persue the dream of home ownership. Meanwhile, we continue to see very few properties hit the market. Inventory just keeps shrinking.
As for me, I have recently made some significant changes! I have moved to the leading real estate company in North Orange County - Prudential California Realy. I am really excited because the marketing and technology they use to sell homes is amazing. Stay tuned for more; great things are to follow!
