Greetings!

Wow, what a wild ride we are already on this spring! I know I sound like a broken record in talking about the first time home buyers being out in force but they are, more than ever!

Inventory continues to be extremely low on starter homes and offers are piling up as quickly as homes hit the market. One Orange County home received 130 offers last week!

Investors are also in the game in a major way giving the first time home buyers some fierce competition.  I think we are in for a hot summer in more ways than one!

On the flip side, there are more distressed home owners than ever.  They are facing tough decisions and as they struggle to keep up with their payments, they wonder if foreclosure is the only option left. Deciding to have your home foreclosed on can have devastating effects on family and credit for years to come!

Because of the seriousness of the situation, I recently earned a special designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).  As a CDPE I can help homeowners weigh the options. There are choices and foreclosure should not be one of them!

If you or someone you know is underwater; I am here to help.  There is no cost and of course, it is completely confidential.
This is the best time of year and I hope you remember to take time for the little things. I am constantly reminded of how great it is to live in the lovely town of Fullerton!
