Greetings!

America's real estate is in unchartered waters: in some areas, existing home prices have dropped considerably, while in other locations prices are holding steady. The stock market is down, unemployment is climbing, and businesses are predicting a long, slow recovery. Yet it is at times like this that we are reminded that some of the best deals are possible right now

Though foreclosures are at a record high, inventory for starter homes continues to remain low. There is some speculation that banks may be holding on to the inventory longer as not to have to report such huge loses or that they may be waiting to see what the "bail out" could mean to them.
There are also more options aimed at keeping distressed homeowners in their homes.  If you are or happen to know someone that is currently a distressed home owner, I am here to help. Give me a call for a confidential consultation or to just ask questions.  There are options,  so please do not wait until it is too late.  Trust me, if you are in this situation, you are not alone!

For move up buyers, this may be your chance! It is a great time to save on the properties that are not moving as quickly as the starter homes.  Contact me or check out my blog to see why it may be a good time to move up.
Wishing you a Happy Spring and if you are thinking of buying, selling or just want to stay informed, give me a call or shoot me an email!
