Greetings!

Wow, as I am writing this, I am wondering what actually happened to January!

Things continued to be about the same as far as Real Estate is concerned. We seem to have a very low inventory.  Prices have continued to decline but interest rates remain low and this is giving first time home buyers their purchasing power.

In Fullerton, Anaheim, Brea, Placentia and Yorba Linda combined; there were a total of 287 closed sales for January 2009.

This time last year, we had 148 closed sales in the same area. Starter homes continue to be hot and the ones priced to sell are resulting in multiple offers.

I have buyers looking for their first home with a specific request to live near Downtown Fullerton. If you know of anyone that is considering selling, I would love to help and may even have the buyer!

I changed up the layout of my online newsletter a little and added a print version.  I hope you like it and am open to any suggestions! Also, I am introducing the new Doors of Fullerton contest! Click to Enter!

If you have your HEART set on buying or selling a home, I would LOVE to help. Ok, that was cheesy but it is Valentines Day!
Sincerely,

Merry Christmas

On 15 February 2006, The Steuwe's lost their loving 14 year old daughter, Esperanza High School student, Shauna to Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA). They are now committed to the cause of raising public awareness about the risks of Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) in children.

The mission of the Shauna Ann Stuewe Foundation is to promote pre-screening of our young athletes and to raise funds to provide Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) in schools and other public locations promoting youth sports and athletic activities. Click here to find out how you can help!
