Tonight! December 4th: Women's Christmas Social at 7:30 p.m. Bring a snack to share. Tanya Frew will lead us in a pottery craft, which will have a fee (majority of pieces range from $15 to $25 per item, with the exception of serving dishes which may cost up to $60). Did your schedule change and you're able to make it? No need to let us know... come!
Tomorrow! December 5th: Breakfast with Santa from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. This community event offers a pancake and ham breakfast. Cost: $5.00/person or $20.00/family. Photos with Santa will be taken for an additional fee - a small donation that is given to the Benevolent Fund.
Sunday! December 6th:
"In Memoriam" Poinsettias - For the church service on Sunday, December 20th, the Westminster United Church Women will be co-ordinating the placement of poinsettias in the congregation, who are in nursing homes and are unable to attend church due to health reasons or are over the age of 90. If you wish to have a poinsettia placed in memory of a loved one, please contact the church office. The cost is $15.00 per poinsettia. Deadline: Tuesday, December 15th. Envelopes are available at the back of the Sanctuary for your convenience. We are also looking for drivers to deliver the poinsettias after the church service.
