Remember when you were a kid, and you played with Barbie dolls or action figures? Or you made a fort out of a sheet or a cardboard box, or hosted a tea party with your stuffed animals as guests and a mud-pie as dessert? You would imagine all the details of the story you had created in your mind, and you played as if the story were real. Somewhere along the line, we were told to stop day-dreaming and play-acting. The unfortunate result is that most of us began to use our imagination less and less.
Scientists have discovered that close to 90% of our brains are dramatically under-used. Those scientists are referring to the sub-conscious mind, where our imagination exists.
Quantum physicists have proven that perception is reality; in other words, the way you view the world becomes your experience of the world. Fred Alan Wolf, Ph.D states, "There is no 'out there' out there, independent of what's going on 'in here'."
And part of what is "in here" is our emotions. Emotions super-charge whatever thought they are associated with. When you imagine a perfect outcome, with positive emotion, you are in the process of actually creating it.
I recently watched a TV interview with a former Miss America who stated she had imagined herself as Miss America since she was 3 years old. She imagined every detail of what it would be like to be crowned Miss America.
Many famous athletes, such as Lance Armstrong, Tiger Woods, and Dara Torres, intentionally use their powerful imagination to create their success.

Each day, for about 5 minutes, sit or lie in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Almost immediately your breathing will slow and you will experience a feeling of relaxation.
Once you are in this relaxed state, imagine your desired outcome or scenario in complete detail. Really feel the feeling you would have if this outcome were happening now.
What do you see? Who are you with? How is your posture? How are you breathing? What sights and sounds and smells are there? Really feel the feeling of having this thing you desire. Imagine it in vivid detail.
Now just become aware what starts showing up in your life. "Coincidences" and "miracles" are to be expected!
