FULLERTON COLLEGE GOOD NEWS CORNER
| |
Fifteen local high school students completed the Fullerton College "Introduction to Printing" class during this summer thanks to the sponsorship by NOCCCD CACT, FC, and the OCWIB. Upon successful course completion, students were prepared to begin a 240-hour work experience/internship with local industry employers. As part of the sponsorship, the OCWIB will pay for the student intern's salary, workers' compensation and liability insurance at no cost to the employer. Instructor Glenn Huerth received glowing remarks from the students and noted that his knowledge of the industry was tremendously helpful as they began their work experience component.
