Hey all - this is actually Jaynelle writing this blog.  The Dude is otherwise occupied in his studio painting his latest masterpiece.  Speaking of which, we are in the process of redoing SteveRude.com and should have most of his latest fine art pieces up shortly.  He's been doing a ton of commissions lately and the list is once again open for commission sketches.

Steve's been heading to the Lost Leaf in downtown Phoenix once a month for their monthly sketching session.  He's been working in charcoal for the events and the results have been fantastic.  Here's what Steve has to say about the piece...

"Drawn in the evening at a noisy bar atmosphere, I tried to present the "emotion of motion" where there was only stillness, as the model posed with his instrument."
