As we begin the new year at Cedar Village, we look forward to sharing our holidays with our Cedar Village family.  These are the times when we truly see the family in our community, we come together to share in services and holiday meals, we remember those who are no longer with us and whose memory so touches our lives, we recognize and appreciate the privilege of all being together to begin 5773. 

Someone asked me this week what the best part about working at Cedar Village is for me.  My answer was simple and immediate, it is that we receive a blessing from our residents every day.  It is an incredible privilege to be a part of the lives of these very special older adults; to hear their stories and learn from their wisdom.  It is a joy to walk the halls and have the chance to hold a hand, kiss a cheek or share a hug.  That's what family is about, that is what we are about at Cedar Village.
