Happenings at TurnAround... 
      • Our next Free Self-Defense Class for women is Sunday June 12th from 3-4:30.  Classes are the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month at the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Family Center Y at Stadium Place, 900 E. 33rd Street.  
      •  TurnAround, Inc. is putting out a call for anyone who wants to submit poetry about domestic/intimate partner/sexual abuse/ body-self images. This compilation of poems, short stories, and artwork will be published in the Purple Poetry Book in honor of October's domestic violence awareness month. Email aevans@turnaroundinc.org for more info. ALL POETRY SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DUE Thursday, September, 15, 2011.
