In order to publish an even more inspiring book than last year, we have extended our call for works on Surviving Violence for one more week.  If you have not already done so, please submit your original stories, poems, and artwork for a chance to be featured in the 2^nd edition of the Purple Poetry Book.  See below for details on how to submit, the new deadline is Tuesday October 5^th. 

For those of you who are poetry enjoyers instead of writers, make sure to mark your calendar for our book launch party and this year's honoring of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.  We will be launching the book on Tuesday October 26^th at Teavolve in Baltimore.  More details and a flyer are below.
