We're excited to announce that tomorrow, Tuesday September 14^th the U.S. Senate will be holding a hearing entitled "Rape in the United States: The Chronic Failure to Report and Investigate Rape Cases".  This hearing will address the needs of sexual assault victims and the struggles they have reporting their cases not just in Baltimore but across the nation.  If you've been following this story, you won't want to miss this hearing.  It is at 2:15pm and to get more information or hear a webcast, visit this site.  We'll definitely be listening. 

 

Thanks to everyone who attended our Women's Retreat Day and Volunteer Training on August 28^th, with over 30 participants, it was a huge success and something we hope to make a regular occurrence.
