SPEAKING OF PHOTOGRAPHY WITH PHILIP GROSSMAN
CHERNOBYL: ZONE OF EXCLUSION
Wednesday, June 20th, 7:30PM

Photographer Philip Grossman shares his photos and experiences from his recent journey to the Chernobyl Nuclear Complex, the site of the world's worst nuclear accident. During Philip's four day excursion into the Zone of Exclusion, he was able to gain unfettered access to 30 separate locations, including an abandoned children's summer camp, vehicle graveyards, kindergartens and schools, the interior of the never completed reactors 5 and 6, as well as extremely rare access to the control room of reactor 4, the site of the nuclear catastrophe.
