What Does TMP Do?
|
We get asked that a lot. Primarily we create web sites and produce videos. But we also design ads, enewsletters and take on special projects. Those special projects can include coordinating a trade show, developing a marketing plan or becoming an extension of an organization's staff for a convention or as long as they might need us.
Here are a few things we've been doing on our summer vacation. If we can help you, give us a call.
Redesigned Grape Hammock Fish Camp Web Site
Grape Hammock is a family-owned marina on Lake Kissimmee in Lake Wales. They've been too busy running a successful business the past few years to concentrate on their online presence but this summer they decided a face lift was needed. We were glad to help.
Redesigned Country Oaks Angus Ranch
Country Oaks Angus Ranch in Weirsdale will be hosting a tour put together by Certified Angus Beef in August. There is nothing like a impending tour to make you want to get your house, ranch and even your web site in order.
Launch of Homegrown Farmers & Cowboys Web Site
Highlands County business entrepreneur, Matt Elliott, and his wife Sharla started an agricultural publication, Homegrown, in April. The monthly agricultural magazine highlights farmers and cowboys in the area along with the rural way of life. The magazine also spotlights accomplishments of local 4-H and FFA youth. You can see all the past issues online.
Launch of Downtown Sebring
TMP worked with the Highlands County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) to help create a new web site for Downtown Sebring. The site is filled with information on living downtown, shopping and dining options and business opportunities.
Redesign of Marion County Farm Bureau
Marion County Farm Bureau, one of the first counties in the state to establish a web site was in need of a fresh new look. TMP redesigned the site recently. We'd also like to welcome Traci Mason as the new Federation Coordinator. Traci has some terrific marketing ideas in store for the Marion County Farm Bureau.
Summer is Convention Season In Florida We hope you've had a great summer. It's possible that we've seen you at one of your summer conferences. Our summers always start with lots of energy at the Florida FFA Convention. With over 3,500 of Florida's best and brightest we leave that convention exhausted yet optimistic by the future of Florida's leadership. We helped Florida FFA coordinate their trade show, concert with Nashville Recording Artist, Brantley Gilbert and of course we video-taped the entire convention and produced their highlights video.
While our schedule prevented us from attending the Florida Cattlemen's Convention and the Florida Ag in the Classroom Conference, we produced several videos for their award winners and honorees.
Congratulations to FAITC's Teachers and Volunteer's of the Year and to FCA's Honorary Director and Cowman Award Winners. After Florida FFA we headed straight to Raleigh to tape the North Carolina FFA Convention.
We had a great time in North Carolina taping their convention. From the highlights, you'll see they know how to have fun. Thanks to Jason Davis and Josh Bledsoe for making us feel so welcome. We look forward to next year.
After that we headed to the Florida Farm Bureau Young Farmer and Rancher Conference. Yes, we have officially aged out to participate, but the rules don't apply to guest speakers, thankfully. The Market Place presented during one of the break-out sessions. The topic was, "Saving Your Greenbacks - Affordable Marketing Tips for Any Farm Budget."
On our summer tour we headed from Jacksonville to Palm Beach for the Florida Fertilizer and Agrichemical Association annual meeting. Let us just say that The Breakers is a pretty swell place to have a meeting. We produced a year-in-review video for FFAA to show at their annual meeting and helped serve as their AV gurus.
We'll have a slight break (to get all of our other work done) and then wrap up the summer with a bang at Citrus Expo in Ft Myers in August. We look forward to helping their staff with registration, video work and more. We can't wait for the first ever Casino Night with benefits going to the Florida FFA Association.
If we didn't see you this summer we hope you are having a great one. We look forward to the chance to work with you soon.
