Former FFA State Officer Runs For State Attorney
todd hingsonTodd Hingson, a former FFA State Officer and AGR alumni, recently had The Market Place create his campaign Web site. On Jan. 9, Hingson announced his candidacy for State Attorney of the 3rd Judicial Circuit. His site features his position on various issues, a biography, photos and, of course, an easy-to-use form for volunteers to use. He also has an integrated online contribution option. Florida Sod Growers Get New Site
fsgcThe Florida Sod Growers Cooperative (FSGC) recently launched its new Web site. The site includes news and events of the industry and organization, an easy-to-use directory of members and a detailed links page. In The Field Magazine-It's Here!

 That's right, the very first issue of In The Field for Marion and Levy County has arrived. This is the third county publication for Berry Publications. The first In The Field magazine started in Hillsborough County in 2004 and in Polk County in 2006. Like the other two publications, the Marion/Levy edition will be a monthly publication with a starting circulation of 18,000. The magazine will be direct-mailed to Marion and Levy County Farm Bureau members, Levy County Cattlemen and the Florida Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners. Pioneer Growers Update Site
pioneerPioneer Growers Cooperative, one of Florida's largest distributors of sweet corn, recently invited The Market Place to update its Web site. Based in Belle Glade for more than 50 years, Pioneer Growers Cooperative is using its Web site to introduce new value-added products.
