I recently received a topic request from a well known spiritually oriented marketing/writing coach. She asked for insight on what she termed"lightworkers at loose ends". I found that to be a timely topic. I also found The Lightspeakers response not exactly what I had expected, but then it often isn't. It wouldn't have been my own first response. Then as I sat with it, what they said sort of seeped into me layer by layer and I found that I truly resonated with their message afterall.
 
I'm still undecided about my own level of participation with a spiritual "career" as self-identification. I prefer to think of what I do as my path of purpose, but I'm aware that I've had my moments of doubt and questions regarding my level of perceived sucess or achievement. It makes me think that perhaps I've been juggling the the balls of both  career and purpose. Keeping both those balls in the air isn't easy. That must be what caused me to strain and struggle at times when it could have simply been effort.
 
I hadn't realized what a balancing act I'd been performing, not the kind that signifies centered balance of the desirable kind  in one's life. Maybe I don't need to keep both balls in the air after all. I can choose the one with greater meaning and  so with less struggle and more enjoyment, throw the ball marked purpose and play catch with life.

 You are surrounded by so many of us vibrating and pulsing love to you. You are always and always connected to the Light. Yet
many times you are unable to access and fully accept the Blessings trying to flow to you. The distractions of life situations impede your ability to open fully and allow the flow. We serve by assisting you in opening the already existing conduit so that you may fully embrace all the goodness that is constantly flowing to you from the Light. 
The Lightspeakers
Dear Ones, we come to speak to you about your current state of spiritual affairs in regard to the many changes occurring all around you that so deeply affect you in so many ways.
 
Many of you, those known as lightworkers that we so call lightplayers have found their businesses undergoing changes and also not recurring in the way they would have hoped.
 
So many cutbacks on the financial scene have caused you concern as to maintaining your spiritual businesses and practices. There are many who are cutting back on what are termed by some, non-essentials, so cutting back on spiritual assistance because of their fear of finances, which then leads to your own.
 
If you would assist others you must first then help yourselves. You eliminate your own fear first. Your business, your practice remains apart and is not dependent upon outer circumstance, reality perceptions to the contrary. 
 
Because it is all perception, we repeat, it is all perception and what you choose to embrace as your reality composition. You may say" I have fewer clients and fewer appointments, that is reality" And we say, surely you jest that your reality is predicated upon observation? Have you not been in touch with your own soul's wisdom to glean and understand that you create by who you are?
 
Are you then like so many others you would counsel, the effect and not the cause of your circumstances? If you have one client, teach that one client as though you had one hundred sitting before you. Appreciate, appreciate, appreciate that one, for in working/playing with that one, you are in effect counseling, assisting one hundred.
The effect of the effect upon the one, will touch the lives of at least one hundred...or more
 
And then how can that effect rippling out from you to them and to another and to another not come back to you as it is said "bread cast upon the water"? Your own trust and faith is the crucial crucible which holds the intention of All That Is.
 
Lightworkers will understand that if they are not completely fed by this one, they shall be by this other. Their commitment to service is what shall fill their needs and some of their desires. Let this be understood; there is abundance for all, Needs and desires will be filled. However, greed is an unnecessary trifle that is being resolved out of the etheric existence of many in spiritual pursuits. The big money game of spirituality as a funding craze of unrestricted wealth is not any longer the poster person of choice.
 
This is not to condemn those who have achieved the domain of excessive wealth or the possibility of it's achievement by any of you. Only perhaps as to what is your intention in your pursuit of a spiritual "career"?  Spirituality as a "career" path is undesirable. A path of Purpose is to be extolled. And so it is that many are being called to look at their motives and intentions, their original cause in responding to their call of service.
 
Again,we do not dispute abundance, we most definitely do not implicate that a spiritual pursuit not be funded abundantly, however, is massive wealth on the scale to which it has been lately attained by many spiritual gurus really the goal here?
 
And you say,"Well fine, but I am only asking to pay my bills". And we answer, we would prefer you do much better than that. We specify a place of envisioning a middle ground between excess and starvation. Ha, No we shall move the minimum to something a bit better so that your middle ground rises a bit above sea level.
 
But we do believe there has been much influence in the communities of lightworkers of .......charge as much as the market will bear, not necessarily a balance of true energy exchange.
 
So for a time it would seem a balancing action must take place, an evening out so to speak as is being done on many financial fronts on your planet, in your neck of the woods. Ours you see is affected a bit differently as our method of exchange or currency is one purely of energetics.
 
Here we digress to a topic for another time, it is however pertinent that though you measure monetarily and materially, there are of certain, energetics involved for yours as well.
 
You come here to live in joy as well as to learn, the learning does not have to be struggle-filled as so many of you have believed. However it does involve change and balance which for some becomes struggle, again by their perception.
 
Is it a struggle or simply effort to choose to enjoy perhaps an additional creative means of monetary satisfaction along with your current spiritual pursuits as your sole source of income?
 
So many have so many gifts, some you deem not spiritual or not aligned with what you believe your spiritual gifts to be. "If I do this I am performing a spiritual service and this is what I want to do and who I am".  "I am" I am a masseuse or spiritual coach, a spiritual counselor...fill in the blank. Ahh is this not then possibly the problem,? If you are not doing enough of the work you can no longer identify yourself as what you do? Can it be that your identification has become more important than the service rendered or at least as important?
 
Are you any less of service if temporarily you must do another occupation to pay your bills? This does not mean you are forever chained to it, but could it serve for good in some way?
 
Could it happen then that some experience you have within this alternate career brings you a consciousness expanded in a way that you would have not experienced within your spiritually identified "career" alone?
 
Could it be that you might come out of this experience with expanded wisdom enabling you to help and assist on a much greater level than before? Is it really so demeaning then to perform as something more than your present spiritual identity?
 
You see, you limit yourselves by believing you serve best or only if, you do so within your presently identified capacity. How many more lives might you touch in an added position that brings you into new arenas not familiar to you? Can your mere presence then perhaps light up a dark corner without you even needing to ply your spiritual trade in whatever way you normally do?
 
Can a masseuse heal without hands on service? Can a coach assist to lift another to a higher recognition of themselves and their abilities, by the example of modeling an effective way to overcome their own challenges? Can a counselor/mentor assist through unspoken words communicated through eyes of compassion through understanding of another's situation first hand?
 
Can any of you not be light in whatever situation when consciously aware of who you are? And can you ever be abandoned and bereft of any thing when shining the Light?
 
You are the lilies of the field whether you be called lilies, roses or violets. By whatever name, you are loved and cared for Amen.
