An old year has ended and a new one has begun, it's a time when a lot of memories come up for all of us. Pleasant and not so pleasant, why is it that the not so pleasant ones seem so vivid?
Whether pleasant or not, they remain in the past....that is, if we don't drag them along with us like a ball and chain into the present. Even pleasant past memories although sometimes enjoyable to re-ignite must not be compared with a less favorable now. A heavy attachment of this kind still causes us to limp.
Have you made any New Year's resolutions? I prefer the concept of intentions to resolutions. I choose intentions to work with throughout the year somewhat like sub-topics of the year's general theme. My intentional theme for this year is to be fully present.
To live consciously with full appreciation of this moment's benefits. To be in integrity with the moment and therefore with my authentic self. Savoring all life has to offer in the moment and hopefully offering back all I have in the moment to life.
May this moment be full for you, may you have many wonderful moments this year.

| This is the year of the moment. You are of those called if you are reading this. You are one of those who is ready , ready to live as in the moment.
You are grasping the importance of the present stimulus as all that is needed for peace. Can you recognize peace in the moment? Love now in this moment? Accept the gifts of this moment?
If so and we are knowing you are, else you would not be here, you are in the front line of organization. Leading those following who remain unsure of their abilities, modeling the certainty of a new world coming.
It has been said that the world is coming to a place of delineation between the have's and have nots. And we say, when has it been otherwise? It may appear that a more marked contrast has arisen lately, but in truth it has always existed. There have always throughout the history of your planet been those that knew that life existed within themselves, they "had it", those ones were and are the "have's".
And those "have not's that believe it is all outside of them and grab and clutch because they are empty, remain the "have not's". Nothing has changed.
If you are choosing then the inner life despite outer appearances, you are living in the perfection of choice of perception in the moment. This is all you truly have and all you truly need. Amen
