As the school year ends and we head into summer, each family can look forward to new and old traditions. With graduations, holidays and birthdays there are always plenty of celebrations.
Summer entertaining brings lots of visitors and overnight guests. Maybe grandparents are visiting, or a sibling's family who lives far away. This year I (Tina) have a high school reunion but I won't tell you how many years it's been. When you need a reason to finish up projects around the home, or update that bathroom ... why not use an upcoming event like company, to give yourself a deadline?
We've got some great tips for updating your bathroom, both functionally and how to make it look more spacious (hint: use a mirror). Maybe it's time to replace your single door with a new, sliding patio door and you'll enjoy the added sunlight all year long. We've also got safety tips to keep you safe and ideas for how you can prepare for the inevitable storms that seem to be happening a lot more frequently.
