on improving diversity in outdoor recreation. The workshop will be held in Toledo, Ohio on
Saturday, September 26, 2009. Four guest speakers will share what they
are doing to increase participation by diverse audiences and how educators may improve their outreach.

Colombia Celebrates 6th IMBD

Fundación ProAves in Colombia hosts one of the largest IMBD festivals, attracting as many as 15,000 people and celebrated in communities throughout the country. The event will be held from October 1st - 23rd and will include parades, education activities, and more. The festival strengthens the network of organizations and people committed to migratory bird conservation.
