CBP has re-published the CBP301 bond form with Customs Bond Instructions for Completion on their website. The instructions begin on page 3 of the form and CBP's message regarding this news was posted as CSMS#12-000228 on June 20, 2012.

Colleen Clarke, Roanoke's Vice President-Surety and appointed member of Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of Customs and Border Protection (COAC), was instrumental in accomplishing this task in her role as Co-Chair of the COAC Bond Subcommittee. Colleen led the subcommittee in collaboration with CBP officials to complete the instructions and achieve a greater understanding for the trade.
