Announcing CoverageDock™ Software Upgrade

Roanoke Trade Services is pleased to announce an upgrade to our CoverageDock™ software. The upgrade is scheduled for release over the weekend of October 22, 2011. It contains enhancements that we believe will improve functionality and ease of use.

The Shipment Certificate Screen has a new look and feel but the basics will not change.

• All fields required to Verify Coverage and/or Confirm Booking will be marked with an asterisk.
• The lookup fields for commodity, coverage options, and packing category are easier to use.
• Templates will now pull in the current date, not the departure date saved in the template.

Restricted party screening has been expanded from the OFAC list to add multiple worldwide sanction lists.

• Screening will now scan additional shipment fields, including vessel flag, vessel owner and vessel operator.
• The OFAC Stand Alone Search Screen (renamed Sanction Screening) allows you to search by one or more sanction list. The search results will be displayed based on the Sanction list you select.

Cancelling a shipment will now require that you select a cancellation reason from a dropdown list.
