Attached is the latest schedule of excluded and restricted countries as well as the latest rate guidelines for War and Strikes, Riots & Civil Commotion (SR&CC) as mandated by our Lloyd's underwriters. Note that the rates for Libya increased and Guinea and Syria have been added to the list of surcharged countries. This schedule is effective as of May 5, 2011 and supersedes all previous schedules.
