Updating to Adobe® Acrobat® Reader X

Several of our clients have reported that after updating to Adobe's latest version of Acrobat® Reader, their PDF documents will not open within internet applications. Others have reported poor performance of their PCs. Adobe's website forum can provide you with other feedback.

To prevent such issues, we recommend that before installing Adobe® Reader X, you seek information from your company's IT department or other source about its possible affects on your computer and software. Unfortunately, Roanoke Trade has no control over the affects of third-party software on its online applications such as FastBondTM, CoverageDockTM and CarnetsOnlineTM. If you experience difficulties using our applications with Adobe® Reader X installed we recommend downgrading to an earlier version.
