We know you will join us in wishing Jaime the very best in her future career endeavors, and wish Paul much success with his new responsibilities. Paul has over twenty years of experience which includes two years with Trade Insurance Services and fourteen with Roanoke Trade. He first worked in our Chicago location where he became one of our top service technicians for customs bonds, and mastered our cargo and specialty business insurance. Paul then moved to St. Louis where he represented Roanoke Trade in a sales role. He is active in various transportation-related trade associations from the Pacific Northwest to Midwest U.S. and Canada. He has also delivered numerous insurance and bond seminars throughout these territories.
 
In speaking with Paul upon his move to Seattle, he told me "Once the policy is structured to best meet a client's requirements, service becomes the most important aspect of our roles as insurance providers. Every interaction is an opportunity to reinforce the value that we provide." I share this with you to provide a glimpse into the level of service to expect from Paul.
