We are pleased to announce that Joe Chillino has accepted the position of Marine Manager in our Houston, Texas office. Having worked in Roanoke Trade's Long Beach, California office in various marine insurance roles since 2004, Joe will be relocating to Houston at the end of July. Some of you may have already spoken with Joe as he has started to transition. His experience includes:
- Establishing himself as a leader in responsive customer service
- Ensuring clients have effective coverage at reasonable prices
- Producing quality proposals, underwriting and marketing special quotes
- Handling cargo claims, subrogation and assisting adjusters
- Actively participating in various trade associations as an advocate for our clients
