We are pleased to announce that Glenn Patton has accepted the position of Regional Vice President for Roanoke Trade Services, Inc. In this new capacity, Glenn's responsibilities will include overseeing the performance and operations of Roanoke Trade's Long Beach, San Francisco and Seattle offices.
 
With over 16 years of insurance experience in various capacities, Glenn's most recent position was as a Sales Vice President for the organization. In this role, he won the loyalty of new and existing clients by meeting and exceeding their expectations. Glenn's technical expertise and his follow-through ensures a consistent, quality service experience for our clients, and that is his mission for the region as he moves ahead in his new role. Sean Walsh, in his continued role as Executive Vice President, will now be directing the majority of his time and attention to national sales management as well as short and long-term business planning for the organization. Sean will share his time between his existing location in Long Beach, California and Roanoke Trade's headquarters in Schaumburg, Illinois.
 
Kathy Wilson, Executive Vice President located in our Schaumburg corporate office will be directing her focus to the operational and service aspects of the organization in addition to business planning initiatives.
