IDEA Coalition Happy Hour
Wednesday, October 28, 2009
5:30 PM
Restaurant 13 at the Marriott Hotel, Philadelphia (12th
and Market Streets)
The Black and Jewish communities have a legacy of
working together. It has been written that the long
standing ties between these communities, which
were forged during the early 1900's and through the
Civil Rights movement, laid the groundwork for the
spiritual and social climate that led to the election of
the first black President of the United States. In the
spirit of these long standing ties, we cordially invite
you to The Black-Jewish Professional Networking
Experience.
This event is presented by the Idea Coalition, Urban
Philly Professional Network and GAP. The Host
Organizations are Birthright Israel NEXT: Philadelphia;
Philadelphia Black Public Relations Society; The
Collaborative; Philadelphia Jewish Graduate Student
Network; Moishe House; Operation Understanding;
Renaissance Group; and UrbanPhilly.com
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST RSVP on eventbrite
