With your permission, we can remotely* access your computer or laptop to troubleshoot and ultimately fix your issues as if we were actually sitting in front of your computer or laptop system.
*As long as you have a working Internet connection and your issue is not hardware related. - Locate Remote Technical Support (below the Live Help button), type in your 6-digit private code (which we will supply) and then click on the connect button.
The rates are: - $49 for 1-30 minutes
- $20 for each 15-minute increments thereafter (31-45 & 46-60)*
*Even if it takes us an hour at the total rate of $89, you will still save $16 from our flat 1-hour $85 minimum rate plus our $20 on-site/travel fee. You will have also benefited from everything that was mentioned above. You will also find that we are A LOT less expensive than those other "Geeks". Please note that certain issues can not be resolved remotely. Therefore, we will still need to come on-site or you will need to bring your computer system into our office.
