Well, here we are in the latter part of July.  I know it's hard to believe it's summer, given all the clouds and rain lately, but we can all hope sunny days are ahead!

It's a pleasure serving you as your personal onsite Technician!

Phishing Scams...

Recent Phishing Scam regarding Verizon and AT&T:
Please be cautious of email that appears to be from Verizon or AT&T. The Better Business Bureau recently issued alerts about messages appearing to be from the well-known communication companies. The fraudulent email messages look legitimate and state a bill is ready for review or contain a thank you message about an alleged pending payment.
The BBB states the following in their warning: The email provides links to view the alleged bill, pay online, or access the account; however, the links lead to a third party website that requests personal information which then provides the scam operator with the data needed to steal your identity.
Password Help!
Do you struggle with remembering your various website and email passwords??? I'd be happy to come out and setup a great password storage program that remembers all your passwords, and then teach you how to work with it. So often I see clients struggling to remember their passwords and this little program will solve that for you once and for all. The program is free and I should be able to tune-up your computer and setup this program all within an hour visit.
Constant Contact...
for the Small Business
If you have a small business and you are wanting an excellent way to stay in contact with your clients and easily create good looking newsletters I highly recommend the service I'm now using - Constant Contact. Here's a quick link to take you to their website: Constant Contact  If you do decide to use Constant Contact and you refer your friends they'll give you a free month of service for each individual who signs up for Constant Contact. I think you will really enjoy Constant Contact!

Best of success to you in all your computing.

I'm here to assist you when you need it.  As just a reminder... My onsite residential fee is $30 per hour and for the commercial setting it is $40 per hour.  Once again...for any clients you send my way, who use my services for an hour or more, I'd be happy to credit you with $7 of free computer service at your next call.  Do let me know if you send folks my way and I'll keep notes on that as a credit for my next visit to you.

Thanks so much!
