WordPress Sites I'm using a WordPress site with a paid theme called Social Eyes, which has great customer support via online forums. Free themes are available, but you want to be sure to select one with good support in case of problems.

Are you responding to your customers, and how quick is your response? I'm sure your response time varies, but hopefully not too much. And hopefully you aren't leaving a customer hanging! Read about a couple of customer service Nightmares I had! Unbelievably poor customer service. Who can afford to lose customers this way? Merry, merry!!!
