Specific exercises from the Pilates repertoire can then be selected unique for YOUR body to strengthen, lengthen and enhance the Myofascial Release work we have done together. I then teach you "homework" for you to practice on your own to continue your ongoing progress towards LEAN!

Why is Pilates great for building strength? Pilates is a WHOLE body method of training. Each exercise, while may be targeting certain muscle groups, still focuses on fluid, whole body workouts. Contrast in your mind a dancer's body as compared to a weight lifter's body. Pilates strengthens AND lengthens the body.

My space we work in is private, quiet and allows you clear focus without distractions from the outside world. How often do you allow yourself 30-60 minutes of uninterrupted focus on YOU? Quite, centered focus combined with movement awareness allows cortisol productions to be decrease. Cortisol is the primary contributing chemical in the body resulting in "belly fat". What a combination for a LEANER YOU!
