June 15 is Nature Play Day in Canada. Here are some resources to help you get outside and celebrate!
- 5 Minute Field Trips is full of easy activities you can do outside in your school yard.
- Robert Bateman Get to Know Program connects students with nature through the arts. This page has videos from artists and suggestions on getting started.
- Evergreen has a list of lesson plans for every grade for teaching in the outdoor classroom.

Cenovus Energy Environmental Education Leadership Clinic 
Last year, 2 schools and 2 school boards attended the leadership clinic. It was an opportunity for them to develop solid and innovative plans to advance environmental education in their schools. Read what they have accomplished.
The application deadline for the 2011 clinic is June 24, apply today.
