ACEE Workshop Series Released  

We are excited to announce that the 2011-2012 workshop series is ready and registration is open for some sessions.

Full day face to face sessions will be offered and for the first time, webinars. You won't even have to leave your office!

There is no charge for any of the sessions, but registration is required.

Canada Summer Jobs

This federal program is focused on encouraging not-for-profit organizations, public sector employers and small businesses with 50 or fewer employees to create jobs that not only meet their needs, but also benefit students looking to gain work experiences.

The  Mayor's Environment Expo in Calgary is looking for exhibitors for June 7-9. Last year 5,000 students, teachers and parents participated in the event.

This session is an overview of the complexity around reducing climate change and finding funding to do so.  You will also hear from one community  that is a model of how to address climate change. March 11, the ecotourism and outdoor leadership program at Mount Royal University presents a conference that provides a platform to discuss the barriers and opportunities of outdoor activity in natural areas.  The four main topics are:

Do Your On-line Environmental Behaviours Translate to Real World Actions?


This is the question Todd Nivens is asking as part of his Master's thesis.
