2011 Buonamico Montecarlo Bianco DOC
Trebbiano Toscano, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon, Semillon & Roussanne. Fermentation in stainless steel in controlled temperature and aged in stainless steel. Nose - Intense, fresh, floral with a pleasant fruit note. Palate - Fresh, dry, lightly spicy. Pairings - Fish Starters or vegetables starters, sea food, fried fish. This was the first wine that we picked up from Buonamico and the one that got us excited about the rest of the line. Elegant & understated fruit.

2011 Buonamico Vermentino DOC
Cercatoia, Montecarlo municipality. Fermentation in stainless in controlled temperature and aging in stainless steel. Nose - Intense, fresh, floral with a pleasant fruit note. Palate - Vivacious, good structure, balanced and persistent. Pairing - Fish starters or vegetables starters, sea food, fried fish. First year for Vermentino to be allowed the DOC as a varietal wine. Bronze at Decanter World Wine Awards.

2011 Buonamico Rosato IGT Toscana
Cercatoia, Montecarlo municipality. Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Syrah. Nose - Intense, clear, with cherry and Morello cherry notes. Palate - Fresh, fruity, bright and agreeably balanced. Pairing - Mixed appetizers, fish soup, soup with beans and lentils.

2010 Buonamico 'Etchetta Blu' Montecarlo Rosso
Sangiovese, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot. Fermentation in stainless steel and thinning in barriques of French oak for about 7 months. Nose - Clear, with dark fruit and intense flowers notes, cocoa, Vanilla and spices to define the complexity. Palate - Remarkable structure, wide and dense with an evident tannic, Weft but rounded, balanced and very persistent. Pairing - Red meat roast, bird, grilled red meat, cheese and tasty cheese.
