We have not given up on the license change and we have some new developments and possible solutions, so keep your fingers crossed!  Having said that, we are doing one last liquor tasting with our friends at Greenbar Collective while we still have our current license!  Come see us tomorrow and try some of our favorite selections from these organic distillers of goodness, as well as two summery cocktails to inspire the mixologist in you :)  Check out the notes below for more information.

TRU ORGANIC LEMON VODKA - TRU is an uncompromising union of nature and craft. We marry organic American wheat, pure water and whole, hand-processed ingredients to produce ideal building blocks for the PERFECT COCKTAIL. We hand-zest 800 lbs of organic lemons grown by local farmers for each small batch. this spirit is bright, vivid and juicy -- a great base for sour drinks.  

 

TRU DOUBLE LEMON DROP
1½ oz TRU organic lemon vodka
¾ oz FRUITLAB organic orange liqueur
¾ oz organic fresh lemon juice
¾ oz organic simple syrup
Shake and strain into a martini glass rimmed with lemon sugar

TRU ORGANIC GIN - Its complex flavors and storied look result from a 16th century technique that pre- dates double distillation and requires a full two months to make. This spirit offers a rare look at gin's origins and makes for fine sipping and farm-to-glass cocktails.

 

TRU PEAR PUNCH
1 1/2 oz TRU organic gin
1/2 oz FRUITLAB organic orange liqueur
1 oz organic cranberry juice
1 oz organic pear juice
Shake well & pour into rocks glass. Garnish with orange twist.

CRUSOE ORGANIC SPICED RUM

Inspired by the legendary Robinson CRUSOE, we make our mellow, modern rum with the best ingredients and the simplest methods. We start with organic molasses and sugarcane, the richest and most flavorful. To retain as much flavor as possible, we borrowed a technique from our neighboring California wine makers (micro oxygenation). The results taste like no other rum made and help you craft exceptional rum cocktails like daiquiris and mojitos. What's a spiced rum without real spices? For each batch of CRUSOE spiced rum, we hand crush + slice whole allspice, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and vanilla, and hand zest fresh California oranges. Get ready for BIG flavor.  

 

IXÁ ORGANIC TEQUILA

The ancient Maya believed in magic water and so do we. We make IXÁ with fully matured agave plants and traditional techniques which are becoming increasingly rare -- like slow, clay oven steaming, and fermenting & distilling with agave fibers. All this to produce a tequila worthy of the gods. Rich, complex and with the softest finish, IXÁ captures all aspects of the agave plant in harmony.

 

FRUITLAB ORGANIC HIBISCUS LIQUEUR

FRUITLAB liqueurs add depth and body to cocktails by bringing the flavor of whole fruits, flowers and real cane sugar to your glass. These liqueurs are bright and flavorful by design and contain a third less sugar than most. Its natural red color, floral aroma and tangy finish work perfectly in white-spirit cocktails -- like margaritas and mojitos, Also great with sparkling wine.

 

FRUITLAB ORGANIC ORANGE LIQUEUR

Made with sweet, sour and bitter oranges, this is the perfect organic solution to cocktails that call for orange liqueur.
