2010 Uma Torrontes
Barrancas, Maipú, Mendoza. 850 meters over sea level. Cold skin maceration for 6 hours, during the pneumatic press. Controlled fermentation using selected yeasts. The process was carried out at a low temperature to enhance its fresh and fruity characteristic aromas. Stabilization and rapid bottling, avoiding exposure to air. Bright yellow color with soft greenish shades. White flowers, orange blossom, with citric notes. Fresh and very fruity, with hints of melon and grapefruit.

2010 Uma Chardonnay
Soft pneumatic pressing. Fermentation for 10 days in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wine is left evolving in the tanks for a short period of time. Then it is filtered and bottled avoiding exposure to air. Yellow color with greenish hues. Pears, white flowers, green apples. Young and fruity, with hints of banana.

2009 Uma Shiraz
Grapes are gently crushed. Traditional fermentation and maceration, with selected yeasts. The process was carried out at a controlled temperature to preserve the wine's color and aroma potential. Malolactic fermentation, stabilization and bottling. Aging in the bottle for 6 months. Lively dark red with cherry hues. Spices combined with red fruits jam. Soft fig and plum hints. A very balanced, easy to drink wine, with a pleasant aftertaste.

2009 Uma Colección Malbec
Grapes are gently crushed and traditionally fermented for 7 days, with daily pumping over. Complete malolactic fermentation. 30% of the wine is aged in American oak, while the remaining 70% is left evolving in epoxy-covered concrete pools. Both wines are blended in the pool; then it is bottled and left evolving in the bottle for 3 months. Elegant, vivacious deep red. Elegant, vivacious deep red. Elegant, vivacious deep red.
