2010 Anselmi Soave Vincenzo
The Monteforte area within the Veneto region of northern Italy. Vines are planted on 110 acres of volcanic tuff and limestone, and are trained using the horizontal spurred cordon method. 80% Garganega, 15% Chardonnay, 5% Soave Trebbiano. Grapes are de-stemmed and undergo cold maceration and a soft pneumatic pressing. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine matures in steel vats for six months, with regular battonage. Crisp and pure, with scents of minerals, apple, banana and lemon blossoms aroma. Medium-bodied, dry and fresh, with notes of citrus fruit, pear, grapefruit and hints of hazelnut. Drinkable for approximately 5 years. Well-matched with smoked or grilled fish, shellfish, lobster salad and roast chicken.

2008 Feudi di San Gregorio Falanghina
From a cluster of small vineyards - Ponte, Apice, Torrecuso, Bonea and Montesarchio - all in hillside locations at altitudes ranging from 700 to 1,300 feet above sea level, in the vicinity of Monte Taburno within the Sannio district, close to the border with Irpinia. 15 - 25 year-old vines grown with southwestern and southeastern exposure on a bed of clay and sandstone with gravel. 2,000 - 4,500 vines per hectare. 100% Falanghina. Grape bunches are hand-harvested into 18 kilo crates during the latter half of September. The crates are then transported in refrigerated trucks (50º F) to the winery. Bunches are individually selected and soft-pressed followed by cold settling at 57˚F for 24-48 hours. The juice is cold-fermented in stainless steel vats between 61 - 64˚F and does not undergo malolactic fermentation. Elegant, intense aromas of apple, banana and pineapple with hints of white flowers. Medium-bodied with a lingering finish of citrus and minerals. Delicious with seafood, pasta, risotto, sushi and sashimi.

2006 Sella & Mosca Cannonau
Selected portions of the Sella & Mosca estate's Cannonau vineyards with clay and sand soils, near the port of Alghero in the northwest corner of Sardinia. 100% Cannonau. The grapes are harvested manually and mechanically in late autumn and undergo fermentation in stainless steel vats for fifteen days at 72-79˚F. Aged two years in large Slavonian oak barrels with an additional several months in bottle prior to release. Mesmerizing scent, redolent of violets. Warm, dry, and harmonious with plummy fruit flavors and an aristocratic oak overtone. 13.5%.

2006 Mazzei Fonterutoli Badiola
From the Badiola vineyard in the township of Radda in Chianti, Tuscany. The vineyard, at an average altitude of 500 meters, has a medium limestone texture with a rich backbone. It is planted with Sangiovese and Merlot, covering a total of 47 acres, all with southern exposure. It is planted at high density and cultivated Guyot style for the Sangiovese and spur cordon-training for the Merlot. 70% Sangiovese, 30% Merlot. Grapes are hand harvested in September and are fermented for 7-14 days at 75-84˚F in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The post- fermentation maceration period is 0-10 days at 68-75˚F. Deep, inky purple. Intense aromas of dark fruits and cocoa. Flavors of wild blackberries and raspberries; well balanced, with great depth and a long finish. 13%.
