The Evil End
of World Debt
 If the U.S. helps bail out Italy and Spain, who will help us? The liberal media keeps telling us that capitalism is the cause of all the world's problems. But any thinking person easily sees that the real problem is all the socialistic/brainless borrowing to pay for never-ending government promises.
A country cannot continue to borrow and spend more than its revenue. Doing so has brought the entire world into a financial mess. Or worse.
First came the smaller bailouts to Portugal and  Ireland. Then the European Community had to deal with Greece, the first country to need really big money to solve its problems.
It was not easy, but a smoke-and-mirrors deal was worked out to keep the country afloat, precariously avoiding default on her sovereign debt for the moment.
The European Union was successful in kicking the problem down the road yet one more time by writing off about half the debt Greece had piled up. However, Greece's new government still has to pass the deal. They will vote on it today (Wednesday) and Greecians are hopeful it will pass to keep from default and loss of euro privileges.
Here is a snapshot of Greece's current condition (in dollars):
 Assuming Greece survives, next up on the deficit chopping block is Italy. Italy's bond rate crossed the 7% level recently and nervous EU leaders are now meeting to determine ways to restructure the debt. Here is a snapshot of their current condition (in dollars):  As you can see, the amount of money needed to bail out Italy is four times larger than Greece!
Fortunately, Italy does have a better economy than Greece, so it has a shot at surviving. It will be difficult, but possible. But to find enough money to bail Italy out will most likely mean the Federal Reserve will have to contribute--which means U.S. tax dollars will help bail out socialist mistakes (overspending) in Europe. But the elephant in the room is Spain. Even if Italy's challenges somehow get handled, Spain has even bigger problems. Here is a snapshot of Spain's current condition:  Spain is the mother of all financial problems. She has the same amount of massive debt of Italy, but 22% less population to tax and 30% less gross domestic product! And it gets worse.
Spain has a stuck-in-the-mud economy with the highest rate of unemployment in the entire European Union at over 20%. Plus another 20% are underemployed... 40% of the total work force!! This is huge since Spain has the 5th largest economy of the 16-nation eurozone.
If you thought the U.S. housing market was bad, Spain has 1.6 million unsold homes in inventory.... 6 times worse per capita than the U.S. housing market!
One of the reasons for the lack of jobs is the new "green economy" in Spain, enacted by the controlling liberal socialist leaders. They passed legislation promising a flood of "green jobs" by putting restrictions on carbon emissions. The result was a loss of two jobs for every one it created--and energy prices skyrocketed. Sound familiar? European Commission President Jose Marroso recently warned that democracy could collapse in Greece, Spain and Portugal unless urgent action is taken. Since those three countries have only been democracies since the 1970s, the warning is not that far-fetched.
When government services fail, chaos always follows. Then the bad guys step in with the golden rule, "He who has the gold, rules." Meaning, whoever controls the money controls everything. And personal rights go out the window. Spain's government is between the proverbial "rock and a hard place." If they cut government expenditures to tackle

their debt problem, it will hurt the economy and reduce tax revenues even more.
And if they keep borrowing to pay their bills, their credit rating will continue to decline and the resulting higher interest rates will eventually force a default. Spain is a dead man walking, one way or the other. When, not if, Spain defaults, it's hard to imagine how the EU will keep from breaking up. Lately even France is beginning to wobble. France is only one financial downgrade from going up in smoke.
Suffice it to say, the entire European Union is at risk of crumbling! The EU tax base will simply not support the services demanded by a "you owe me" populace.
And of course, we have the same problem here in the U.S. Our debt is astronomical compared to countries in Europe. France and Germany each have about 4.7 trillion dollars in debt. Italy has 2.2 trillion in debt. That's small in relation to the 15 trillion dollars in U.S. debt. Not to mention the over 100 trillion in unfunded social security and medicare commitments.
Short of a new money system for the world, there really is no way out of this mess. All of this looks awfully fishy. It's as if there is someone or something orchestrating this to an evil end.
The Bible doesn't say debt is wrong because it says God will make Israel "lenders" instead of "borrowers" (Deut 28:12). If it's not sinful to lend, it's certainly not sinful to borrow.
But the Bible also staunchly warns:
"The borrower is the slave to the lender"
Prov 22:7
Well, the whole world is now conveniently in debt up to their collective eyeballs, making it possible for someone to take control and bring the nations of the world all under one roof--and eventually a single  worldwide currency.
That's amazing since the Bible says the world will eventually end up with every man, woman and child hooked into a world system, controlled by one person. So we may be watching the pre-Rapture beginnings of just such a system.
"And he causes all, the small and the great,
and the rich and the poor, and the free men
and the slaves, to be given a mark on their
right hand, or on their forehead, and he
provides that no one should be able to buy
or to sell, except the one who has the mark,
either the name of the beast or the number
of his name." Rev. 13:16-17 And since we're not up against flesh and blood (Eph 6), guess who will be controlling the world-- our adversary, the world's biggest liar. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from

The real root problem is that the European Union is trying to achieve the same success the U.S. has had, without acknowledging that it's Jehovah God Who is in control of all things. Europe loathes God.
He who sits in the heavens laughs,
the Lord scoffs at them. Psa. 2:4
America would not be what it is today had we not had the prayer, vision and substance of Godly men trusting their Bible and framing Biblical models to run our government.
So it's not surprising that Satan has spent 200 years trying to tear down the U.S. from every angle. It's a little painful to see what appears as Satan's accomplishments, but in reality, we can joyfully celebrate that all things work together for the good of those who love the Lord and are called for His purpose.
