PIPELINE: Special Edition

"Help and Hope for Families In Need"

Greetings!

In response to the budget cuts happening in our state combined with the time of year, we offer

you this Special Edition Pipeline. What families are experiencing is on our minds and in our hearts.

We hope to ease some of the anxiety families may be facing by providing you with a list of

some common resources we have found. Please feel free to forward this email to others

who may be in need of some help. In Washington State, there are some crucial budget cuts scheduled to take effect in January, March and June of 2011. These cuts are going to

effect many individuals with disabilities. We will keep stretching to find resources and any

alternatives we can to help.

Please contact our office if you need support during this time and send us any resources

and/or tips you want to share with other families. Together we can weather the storms,

reach across the gaps and extend the circle of support to one another. It's what parents,

family members, friends, coworkers and neighbors of loved ones with disabilities do best:

Help each other, offer hope and support. We stand with you.
