Wrapup of Feb 21st FILS Event Focusing on Life Sciences Consulting Career Paths 
 

On Feb 21st, 2012, more than 110 grad students, post docs and medical residents joined us at the WhiteHead Institute in Cambridge MA to discuss career paths in boutique consulting firms. The event was highly enjoyable and valuable insight was gained from the panel members. Below is a link to the video and blog from the event.

MassBio Annual Meeting Poster Presentations:  Academic scientists are invited to attend the meeting and participate in the Poster Session taking place during the reception on March 27th from 5:15-7pm. Throughout the meeting and during the reception, posters will be on displacy display to present data on groundbreaking discoveries, or ontranslational research that could lead to industry collaboration. There is no additional cost for poster exhibits, however, all attendees must register for the full event. Poster presenters may register for the full event for a rate of $99. To be eligible to exhibit at the program, you must be: a PI or Technology Transfer Officer at a Massachusetts based research organization and have a technology that could be the foundation of a new start up company OR representing a pre-seeded company developing biotechnology products, related services or commercially applicable technologies.
