This thank you includes more than just these words of thanks, project descriptions and photographs. We want to offer you a gift to acknowledge our relationship. We'd like to make it less expensive for you to begin work on whatever you're now thinking about doing at home or at work. So please review these offers and let me know if you'd like to take us up on one or more of them. These offers will last for 60 days, meaning that we would need to sign a contract or the like within these 60 days.
Design
- Want to design your next home improvement or outdoor environment (such as decks, fences, trellises, gazebos, patios or walkways)? Be sure to click on Projects on our website so as to grasp the breadth of what we can help you with! The sub-menu on that page will allow you to look at projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
- $50/hour for design (instead of our standard $75/hr., a rate so old we can't even remember when we charged this little!
Repairs
- Living in your home longer than expected? Need some repairs or smaller yet, some handyman work?
- We'll take 20% off our standard labor rate.
Condition evaluations
- When was the last time someone evaluated the condition of your structure? Anything happening in your crawlspace or attic that you should know about? What, don't you like to hang out there? We don't either! But we will! On a serious note, we believe that you should have such an evaluation every 5 years or so. If your home is very old, perhaps more often! Allowing unknown deterioration to happen will simply drive up the eventual repair costs. I'll bet you get annual or near-annual wellness physicals for yourself and your loved ones. Well, then, what about a wellness exam for your most expensive asset? Let us evaluate it sooner, rather than later.
- We've attached a recent evaluation so that you can see what we do (we've removed our clients' names and address to respect their privacy).
- $50/hr. instead of $75/hr. for this evaluation.
Continued support
- Life simply gets in the way, doesn't it? We know there are numerous things around the house or office that you know need to be done but you're simply not getting around to. We're now doing these tasks for our clients. Need roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing hard surfaces, bathroom or siding caulking repairs, cleaning filters in fans and furnaces, battery changes to smoke and carbon monoxide detectors............. what aren't you taking care of?
- We'll take 20% off our standard labor rate.
(One more thing: if we worked together in 2011, don't forget to speak with your tax preparer about deducting the large amount of sales tax you spent with us.)
