I am looking forward to meeting you tomorrow. Please wear comfortable clothes, good athletic shoes and bring a towel (and yoga mat if you have one.) Our time together will be educational, and you can count on exercise yes, and "funercise" too! Here's a look at tomorrow's schedule: - 10-12 noon: We will start with a warm-up routine, run through our Musculo-skeletal Assessment, followed by a workout and a stretch class, focusing on back care.
- Noon- 2 pm: I will be available for personal consultations and any follow-up questions.
