This week MHS will test math, science and social studies TAKS tests.  Theses tests are one of the main accountability areas for our school.  Of course, students must pass four TAKS tests in order to graduate.  Passing also determines things such as qualifying for class waivers, elective class choices, and student schedules.

  

In this Barks and Bites you will find important information related to testing this week.  Please take the time to encourage your student to do their best on these tests.

  

Finally, we encourage all students taking tests to attend our last TAKS blitzes Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  Sessions are scheduled from 4-6 PM each day.
