Fire_Engineering
The four credit course outlines these key educational objectives:
  1. Define the five basic rules of fireground safety.
  2. Understand the importance of reading the environment and understanding the fireground clock.
  3. Recommend a method of prioritizing fireground considerations from a truck company perspective.
  4. Define the three major concerns when ensuring the viability of an escape route.
The exam is reviewed and scored by the Fire Engineering Education Committee, led by Editor in Chief and Education Director, Chief Bobby Halton. If you have not received a copy of the publication, contact your sales rep today or click here for the online course.

Watch for the May issue of Fire Engineering for the second course.
