I want to begin by thanking ALL of you for visiting the blog, e-mailing, and talking with us on Facebook!  It has been a wonderful experience to hear from many old friends as well as make new ones.    I hope you find this e-zine valuable and inspirational and I encourage you to not skip the JustLoseIt.com/blog because there is much more information! 
 
If you are new here WELCOME!    This is the place where all your past diet "failures" come to an immediate and final end!   As I said last week,  It's time to make some changes in your diet and mind set that will change your weight and change your life! 
 
To get you started, I want us to visualize that we are sitting down together, having a cup of tea and talking about how you are going to lose weight.  You may have told me what didn't work for you in the past, and you may be sitting there wondering why this will... Well it will!  Why?  Because in this program you are going to learn about yourself - what motivates and sabotages you - and that is what will make the difference in your success!!

Don't over-think it!

Your weight loss plan needs to  be methodical.  We both know that the ups and downs of your weight loss in the past have not survived some of your more stressful days.   I am going to say:  STOP  THINKING.   Listen to me and let me guide you.

First of all, I want you to read these words as if I have just handed you a prescription.   It says:  Please eat three, healthy, moderate size meals, three times a day.  Drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep, oh yeah, think kind thoughts about yourself today.

Now, if I were a doctor that just handed you a prescription for an antibiotic, taken three times a day you would DO just that.  You would wake up in the morning and take the pill with food (since that is what your prescription has dictated) and then you would space out the rest, continuing in the same way every day until you were finished and now healed. Right?  Or....will you decide that perhaps the first pill wasn't strong enough and so you decide to have two later that afternoon, but then later you worry  that was too much, so you skip the next two, but now you need to start all over again? I don't think so!!  You listen to your doctor.   Why?  Because you know it's important and it will make you feel better!

That's how I want  you to look at your weight loss.  I want you to stop thinking about your food and how much and when.  It's simple.  Just follow your  "prescription" from me in the most recent  blog at JustLoseIt.com/blog .  This week's lesson is entitled:



Tips and Tricks!
Got a party or an outing with friends?  Do what one of my  clients calls "hydro drinking".  It's the practice of alternating an alcoholic beverage with a water, club soda, or seltzer (with lemon or lime in a wine glass - make it pretty).  Not only will it cut in half your alcohol calorie intake for the night, it will reduce your  willingness to indulge in the other people's order of  "wings" round about 10pm!!  Oh, and it will omit the desire to eat a bagel for breakfast the next morning.   Yes, amazing results from one little trick!

I want to tell you a little bit about why I have ventured forth on this new and old journey and why I have chosen to share what I have learned with you.  Its because I have been in the same place as you for years.  Trying everything under the sun to lose and maintain weight in a healthy way.  To remove the fear of ever gaining my weight back no matter what! Through child birth to menopause.  There is no reason to continue one more day of your life wondering if you can.  Yes You Can!! It is the easiest and the most difficult thing you may ever do.  It is also the most rewarding gift you will ever give yourself.  It brings tears of joy to my eyes every time a woman/client realizes that she is going to make it, that's this is different than anything they have ever done.  And the absolute wonder of standing on that scale looking at that number that you only saw pass once on the way up.  Not just 10% of your weight, but your perfect weight for you. 
I am passionate about my approach, I am passionate about guiding and teaching you, I am passionate about seeing woman finally realize their full potential and move into themselves once again, or perhaps for the first time. 
The first step is easy, the second step is harder, the third step we stumble and but I promise you this I will be there for you when you stumble and help you back up, brush you off and point out what you just tripped on so that we can get it out of the way and move on.
