May Gathering & Belt Promotions
It's hard to believe that a month has already gone by since Impact Jiu Jitsu's Spring Gathering, Barbecue and Belt Promotions. May 5 was a great, big day - as you can see in the photo above.
More than 100 Impact members and friends were on the mat. After two hours of rolling, Matt Leech and Brian Walsh were awarded with their black belts - and Eric Loar, Mark Pagaduan and Pavel (Posha) Rott received their brown belts. The crowd celebrated the much deserved promotions with a barbecue following the belting ceremony.
Congratulations gentleman. Your hard work, perseverance and skill - as well as all that you do for your team and the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - is admirable.

Join Us for Relay for Life
Please join Team Impact Jiu Jitsu for our third year with the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life of Beaverton. Help us make a difference in the fight against cancer by joining our team and fundraising with us or by simply making a donation. At the event, our team will camp out overnight and take turns walking or running around the track to raise money and awareness to help the American Cancer Society create a world with less cancer and more birthdays. Saving lives from cancer starts one team, one participant, and one dollar at a time. The impact we can make together is much greater than what any of us could do alone. Visit our Relay Team Page to learn more, make a donation, or join our team.
