Anxiety

Anxiety is the sufferer. The one who suffers in guilt. Guilt creates a field of ""unknowing" within the self for its shroud is self-doubt. Self-doubt creates a pause between the knowing self and the split self and in that pause, anxiety appears.

Anxiety is an energetic entity that keeps one frozen in a place of inaction or indecision for the "unknown" outcome of a choice creates a thought pattern of fear that freezes the ability to make a decision. Anxiety then is the fear of making a decision because the outcome is unknown.

Or perhaps we could say FEAR OF THE FUTURE.

The energy of anxiety is hugely important in the process of untangling the cobweb mind in that its register within the energy system of the physical structure connotes time to make a change or decision about one's life. The longer it takes to make that decision (and the one who is anxious will do anything to postpone the decision for they fear the unknown result of that decision) the more the field of energy called anxiety collects within the 7 bodies of the human genome, and then limits even more, one's ability to make a decision for change.

People who suffer from anxiety generally remain stuck in unhealthy behavioural patterns.   These patterns keep them held in a particular place in their lives, but "better the devil you know" is preferred to the decision of change that is inevitably at hand.

There is always a physical manifestation such as chewing, biting, nibbling, scratching, squinting, rubbing, picking or cramping etc., to indicate the arrival of the energy in the system. If one can catch oneself in the physical activity (which is subconsciously driven by the thought pattern of anxiety) and identify the "low frequency thoughts" that they ride in on", one can begin to monitor to be more aware of those thoughts that "drive" the machine.   When they are seen through awareness, they can be "released". If they are not seen and released, they begin to collect in eddies" of spiralling energies that "drill into the energy body" and create "disharmonic rifts" within the individuals geometrical pattern. These energies result in a disharmonic within the sound and light frequencies "creating a "wobble" in the lines of the pattern: In order to realign itself, the pattern will create a way to "release" the pooling energies.

This manifests as the disharmonic energies birthing through the emotional or physical body.... often explosively and with an excess of emotion that is detrimental and often violent or self-destructive to self or others. Following these outbursts, one will feel immense guilt (from the subconscious projection).... Therefore the pattern begins to cycle again... and again.

Celebrating Easter Nature's Way

Dyeing Easter eggs is a fun tradition that's been around for centuries. So, how did our ancestors make all of those bright colors back before commercial egg dyes were sold in stores every spring?

Making natural dye colors out of fruits, vegetables, and other everyday items you can find in your home or garden is both easy and fun. Everything from onion skins to grass can be used to make vibrant all-natural colors. Just throw the raw materials into the boiling water while you cook the eggs - you'll need to boil each color separately - and you're good to go! For really vivid color, be sure to add at least a half a cup of dyeing material, and two teaspoons of vinegar, for each cup of water you use.

In a medium pan, put in a single layer of eggs, enough water to cover them, and your dyeing materials. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and let the eggs and dye mixture simmer for about 15 minutes. If you want the color on your eggs to be darker, let the eggs soak in the dye mixture in the fridge overnight.

Here are some natural ingredients you can use for various dye colors:

Purple: Grape Juice, Red Wine, Violets (works best mashed into a paste with lemon juice).

Blue: Canned Blueberries (including the juice), Red Cabbage Leaves.

Green: Grass Cuttings, Spinach Leaves.

Yellow: Carrot Tops, Ground Cumin or Turmeric, Orange or Lemon Peels.

Brown: Coffee.

Orange: Carrots, Chili Powder, Paprika. Yellow Onion Skins.

Pink: Canned Beets (with juice), Cranberry Juice, Raspberries.

Red: Canned Cherries (with juice), Pomegranate Juice, Red Onions Skins.
