Stillness Insititue is not only providing courses for Canine and Equine Craniosacral Therapy, but for Humans as well. The 4 day introductory course titled "Cranisoacral therapy for home use", will be held on 23-26th June 2011 on the Central Coast. It will over 4 days of Multidimensional and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy on humans and lead into the 5th day for those wishing to learn about Equine Craniosacral Therapy. There will be a human series, Equine Series and Canine Series that continue on from this introductory block. We are holding a free 4 hour demonstration for those wishing to know more about it:
The Seminar- 7th May (Ardis Equestrian Centre in Duffys Forrest)
We will be presenting a 3 hour Seminar in the Duff's Forest on 7th May2011 to outline the content of each of the Human, Equine and Canine Series and free standing courses as well as to provide information about CranioSacral Therapy as a treatment form for humans and animals alike.
The information Seminar includes free hands on demonstration of CranioSacral therapy on both horses and dogs and you will be given the opportunity to participate in group exercises to perceive some of the internal rhythms and phenomena worked with in CranioSacral therapy.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions about treatment and courses. Registrations for the upcoming introductory courses may also be taken on the day.
Should you have a suitable dog (non aggressive, calm and gladly with physical gait issues, but not ill or infectious), please enquire if you can bring it to the seminar to be used in practical demonstration.

The interactive site now has over 200 members, spanning several countries around the world. You can now also "like" the members and content that you find on Spiritual Connections, and as always can share anything you like on spiritual connections with your facebook or twitter friends with the click of a button.
The newsletter has changed slightly. We now have regular columns such as Marlih Jungs Feng Shui space, Tracy's Art space, and the featured content from the website such as featured article, featured interest group, featured member and featured event. Next month you will also see featured product and some new columnists.
The Event Directory, Service Directory and Product Directory now have submenu's to make your selections easier. The product directory and Service directory have also had a facelift and you will find members specials in both directories. You can find the directories and the specials on the interactive site and the information site via the menus.

My Name is Roxanne, I'm living in Western Sydney amongst the gum trees.
I have 2 beautiful girls and a wonderful husband. I began creating Nurture Cards about 3 years ago, they took me 2 years to complete. The idea came to me as I used affirmation and oracle cards myself and my girls were interested, but didn't understand the wording or relate to the pictures. At this time I was also surrounded by many families who were separating, and speaking with them noticed the kids were feeling loss and creating negative thoughts about themselves and their world. I also saw my niece who is a beautiful young girl inside and out, in a loving family, loosing confidence in herself. Also bullying issues I was hearing, upset me so much. All this truly motivated me do create Nurture cards, to allow children to create their own self love, self belief and POSITIVE self talk. They have been designed with warm colourful drawings children can relate to and 40 different, beautiful POSITIVE affirmations. Affirmations are so powerful, and for children truly make a difference in creating healthy mental pathways.And if children are creating positive self talk and inner belief in them selves, at a young age this will help them all through their lives.My favourite cards read ' I love myself for all that I am ' , ' I use my kind words to express my feelings ' and ' I am important in this world ' .
Nurture cards promote self love, respect, kindness to others and themselves, enthusiasm for learning, courage, smiling, awareness of the beauty of nature and others around them, and much more.
May all children shine for who they are.
In my spare time, I practice Sahaja Yoga meditation,and enjoy reading, and love a trip to the beach and soaking up nature, also putting on music and dancing with my girls is so much fun.

At the bottom of blogs, video and even members profiles, there are buttons with the facebook and twitter icons and a "share" button. Click on these to have the content be linked to your facebook/twitter etc page..
By clicking the "share" button you will also be given the option of emailing the content to a friend, sending it to your spiritual connections friends or your contacts on you email account.

For anyone that is starting to work from home or has an existing home office, studio or healing room and would like to improve their business.
I would like to share my experience by offering some basic feng shui tips to create a space where you can successfully work from your home and enjoy your desired lifestyle.
1. Have you office, studio, consultation or healing room NOT next to or below your bedroom. 2. Choose a suitable sector of the house see http://www.blissfengshui.com.au/?page=8
3. A separate entrance to the room you work from would be preferred
4. A clutter free space is essential for growth of any business
5. Have your business name / logo on the door.
6. Decorate the space appropriately:
a) To your business, so it reflects the energy you want to project into the world.
b) The sector of the house using the five elements (Fire, Earth, Metal, Water & Wood).
c) Ensure that you can see the entrance of the room when sitting at the desk or speaking to clients. Also be mindful of having a solid wall behind you.

If you are overwhelmed by this information, don't feel bad. You are probably very good at what you do in your business. Knowing what we can and what we can't do is often the first step to success. The Greatest Gift- Truly Being Of Service

The one thing that keeps me stronger and more centred in all of the chaos and confusion of our surrounding environment is that I truly believe that we are all magnificent souls and although sometimes we can get a little lost and caught up in the muck that constantly surrounds us, when working from our heart and NOT from the ego or spiritual ego, we tend to gravitate towards being awesome creatures.
Since graduating in December 2010 from the third portion of my Bowen training, Equine Muscle Release Therapy, my path has truly become illuminated and I am continually awestruck.
In my experience, Animals are such wonderful teachers and healers, and it has become my greatest desire and goal to assist those humans who still see these creatures as things, objects, and belongings to move hopefully more forward into the understanding that they are so much more. Hopefully when these realizations spread and become more grounded within us all, we cannot but help become happier and better people.
Please forgive me for once again for sprouting out about the animal world once again, but this has always been such wonderous impact on my life on a daily basis.
One statement that Dr Doreen Virtue makes at her Angel Intuitive workshops that made a huge impact upon me is : 'when you get nervous, focus on service' and that has become a wonderful and integral part of my work.
Instead of looking at ourselves when we are doing our individual works, whatever that may be, to me it is much more beneficial and empowering to shift our conscious thoughts away from us and refocus it totally upon the recipient upon whom we are trying to assist to better health and a better life. And I don't know about you, but doesn't it feel so much better to not be looking at our foibles and inadequacies, but at the wondrous growth and healing that occurs within the recipient? After all, it is not us that does the healing but the person or animal upon who we are focusing upon. We are just the tools, receptacle or the catalyst for that healing to come into being! Don't you just love it.
I could give many examples of the wonders that have been experienced, especially when working with animals, but I prefer to focus on the factor that as I am initiating those healings, I am in turn being healed.
The greatest example of this was when I was in Tiaro at Gumnut Farm, waiting to start my exams for my certification in equine bowen; and my heart and very being was extremely heavy and sad, (as well as being nervous in the desire to accomplish a life long dream, working with horses). My mum had recently departed and my grief and doubt was taking a hold.
However, something magical and wondrous happened. As I sat bogged down in my despair and doubt, I started to feel a very gentle lifting of my spirit.
Gentle and almost imperceptible. And let me clarify that at this time I was sitting in an open barn, companioned by 2 stunning Andalusian geldings, who are always a part of our education. As well as these two glorious souls, I was also totally surrounded by other horses, cattle, dogs, birds and whatever other creature that Mother Nature nurtures and lives on this lovely property. In a very short period of time, all heaviness and sadness lifted and dissipated, and amazingly enough has not returned to this day. I was then very capable of completing and thankfully excelling in my exams and physical assessments, and I have all of those animals to thank and be grateful to!
Truly, We have such beautiful gifts that are very much a part of us and to be able to share them with others makes it so much more magical and beautiful. And healing! I guess that is why I love what I do so much.....to give and receive at the same time and become more present in the extra-ordinariness that is our human spirit and nature.
So when you are in doubt, feeling less than, and just wanting to escape, why not spend some quality time in Mother Nature, or with your pet, or with a creature of some sort and just focus on how you can be of better service to those beings.
And before you know it, you will be feeling freer and more alive than you have ever felt before.
